Most orders will be sent within 48 hours after purchase, however, there maybe be delays depending on circumstance. I will ensure I communicate with you if this is the case.
I try to ensure that all my packaging is recyclable, and I try to keep the use of plastic to a minimum.
Please note that non-UK shipments might be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be made by the customer.
RETURNS
I do not accept returns.
Please review all the product details and look closely at the images.
Be aware that JED and other items are all handmade and may have aesthetic imperfections and anomalies. These include things like casting errors, mould seams and worn graphical details.
All imperfections are intentional and part of the JED narrative.
