Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Special Delivery services and a signature maybe be required.

If the JED Bot is in stock, he will be sent within 48 hours after purchase, however, there maybe be delays depending on circumstance.

In most cases I will make the JED Bot to order which will take approximately three weeks, depending on back orders.

I will ensure to communicate dispatch times as soon as the order is placed.

I try to ensure that all my packaging is recyclable, and I try to keep the use of plastic to a minimum so your JED might arrive in a recycled Amazon box.

Please note that non-UK shipments might be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be made by the customer.

I do not accept returns. 

Please review all the product details and look closely at the images. 

Be aware that JED and other items are all handmade and may have aesthetic imperfections and anomalies. These include things like casting errors, mould seams and occasional support craters.
