-
How long till I get my JED?If stock is available, I will endeavour to get your JED in the post within five days. The length of time JED is in transit will depend one where he's going. Every JED can be tracked once sent so you'll be able to follow his progress.
-
Is JED a boy?Yes, but keep your eyes peeled for JES, she's on her way.
-
My JED has some small defects. Can I get a different JED?All JED Bots are handmade and cold cast in iron. Controlling the cold casting process is tricky because the resin is a lot thicker than regular resin and therefore more prone to trapping the occasional small bubble. This is also true of the rubber casting. Once cast any sanding or cleaning up will remove the final metal effect. This is all okay though, because JED is a crude mining robot and his everyday job, deep down in the lunar mines, renders him quite rough around the edges and somewhat beaten-up. So please don't judge him too harshly. If you really are unhappy with your JED, please do get in contact and we'll sort something out.
